Aaron leads partnerships at Gigascale, helping portfolio companies accelerate commercialization through strategic introductions and business development support. He brings more than 25 years of experience catalyzing growth in complex, technical industries and building the partner ecosystems that enable new markets to scale.
Before Gigascale, Aaron created and led the Partnerships team at Bill Gates' Breakthrough Energy, where he built programs to speed the market scale-up of critical technologies for climate impact. His work included raising more than $1B in philanthropic and equity capital to launch the Catalyst program and developing the go-to-market platform for Breakthrough's 120+ portfolio companies across the firm's "grand challenges" in electrification, buildings, manufacturing, food and agriculture, and transportation.
Prior to Breakthrough, Aaron spent 10 years at Facebook (now Meta) building global telecom connectivity and infrastructure partner ecosystems. He cofounded and served on the board of the Telecom Infra Project (TIP), a 500+ company consortium advancing the infrastructure that underpins global connectivity, and built Facebook's mobile partnerships team.
Earlier in his career, Aaron led collaborations with the first wave of mobile content and app providers while at Qualcomm, managed the world's first commercial mobile-video launches at PacketVideo, and began his career in PwC's Telecom & Media group.
Aaron holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Political Science from Haverford College.
