As Executive Assistant at Gigascale, Nicolina brings over 20 years of experience scaling startups and managing operations for family offices. She works cross-functionally and flexes across disciplines to support the firm’s operations and growing team.
Before Gigascale, Nicolina spent nearly eight years at Luminar Technologies, joining as the founder’s first executive assistant while the company was in stealth mode and helping scale it through its public offering in 2024. Earlier in her career, she worked with NFL Hall of Famer Ronnie Lott.
Nicolina holds a BA in Liberal Arts & Sciences from San Francisco State University.
